Xpressbees is taking a tech-first approach to scaling and looking for Data Engineers and Architects


Xpressbees is a Pune-based logistics company started by Amitava Saha and Supam Maheshwari in September 2015. The e-commerce startup aims to offer reliable logistics solutions that offer first-and-last mile delivery to the e-commerce sector. It also includes payment collection, reverse logistics, delivery, and vendor management to name a few. The e-commerce startup is heavily backed by Innoven Capital and Alibaba. It has an estimated annual revenue of US $150 million.

On 10 November 2020, the startup raised US $110M from a Series E round from Norwest Venture Partners, Gaja Capital and Investcorp. Xpressbees has a total of 11 investors with Gaja Capital and Investcorp being the most recent ones. With this, it is all set to be the largest cross-border player. Currently, they are looking for Data Engineering and Architecture professionals with 3–10 years of experience in integration platforms like Spark and Kafka. Candidates must possess a fair knowledge of distributed data processing engines.
